हर कुरामा आदिम सोच रहनु
हाम्रो महान विरासत हो
यहाँ बन्दै बन्दमा समाज चल्ने गर्छ
भिक्षै भिक्षा मागेर देश चल्ने गर्छ
आश्वासनका बाईपंखी घोडाहरुमा सवार
सिकंदर र बादशाहहरु
पगरी वा कथित श्रीपेच त लगाउछन,
तर कुरी चाहिं सधै उदांगो हुने गर्छ
अचम्म लाग्छ बाबै! अचम्म
हामी निर्माणमा भन्दा ध्वंसमा विश्वास गर्छौ
कर्ममा भन्दा भाग्यमा भर पर्छौ
दुख्खका साथ मलाई भन्न परेको छ

पटुकी र गुन्यु चोलोमा चिटीक्क भएर
सर्वमान्य भएको, जगले मानेको,
कसलाई देख्न मन लाग्दैन र ?

मनचिता साथीसंग बसेर
अनेक विस गर्यौ

हाम्रो आँखा खुल्यो
दूध, हलुवा र काजू खाएर
खेल्न निस्केयौ
तातो आलू र रुमाल लुकाई
खेलेर दंग पर्यौ
चौरको ढीस्केनोमा बसेर
फेरी अनेक विस गर्यौ

खाना खाएर सेतु खरायोसंग
